Why We Built This Site
Texas permits public access to many dockets and case files, but Mason County has no single search system covering every local trial court. The District Clerk keeps pleadings and instruments for the 452nd Judicial District Court. The County Clerk keeps Mason County Court records and posts dated County Court docket PDFs. Justice and municipal matters follow their own court routes. The purpose is to connect those distinct official channels, explain what a docket entry means, and show when a clerk request is needed. re:SearchTX can supplement local access where it has coverage, but its account and scope limits make the correct Mason County custodian essential.
What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, Mason County clerk, or government agency. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some content pages carry search tools supplied by independent providers. Those providers operate their own services and choose their own prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. Mason County Court Docket does not set provider charges, control their results, or turn those results into an official court record. Verify any useful lead with the Mason County clerk or court that maintains the original file.
